The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

The provisions of these terms and conditions apply to orders that consumers place through the website www.bornwithcamera.com on the online shop.
The contract is concluded with the user (see § 1).
The presentation and description of the goods on the website www.bornwithcamera.com does not constitute a contractual offer.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and edit your entries at any time before submitting your binding order. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.
§ 4 Contract language
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.
§ 5 Payment
The indicated price is a final price. Shipping costs are not included in the price shown and may apply in addition. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs here: https://bornwithcamera.com/versand
According to § 19 UStG we do not collect VAT and therefore do not show it.

§ 7 Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
§ 8 Retention of title
The user reserves ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been received in full.
§ 9 Right of withdrawal and return
We would like to point out that the right of withdrawal pursuant to Section 312g (2) no.1 BGB does not apply to distance contracts in accordance with Section 312g (1) of the German Civil Code for the delivery of goods that are manufactured to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
§ 10 Complaints / Dispute settlement
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can find at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We prefer to clarify your concerns directly with you and therefore do not participate in consumer arbitration procedures.
