Once you have placed your order and finished your purchase, your artwork will be carefully packed and shipped out to you.
You will receive an email once your items are on the way. Parcels can be tracked directly on the selected couriers website using the tracking number provided.
If you are not to be found on the day of delivery, the shipping service provider will inform you whether a new delivery attempt is being made or the package is ready for collection at a branch.
If the return is initiated by our shipping service provider, you will receive an automatic e-mail from us as soon as the goods arrive back at our house. As soon as you reply to this email, the order can be sent out again free of charge.
Currently we ship to 16 EU Countries via DHL Standard and MRW Courier Service (for Spain and Portugal) and to United States of America (Information: Please note that we currently do not ship to the following states: Alaska, Hawaii and Virginia).

Packaging
For maximum protection of your product, it will be shipped rolled in a cardboard tube with caps on each side (from 40 x 60 cm). A smaller one (30 x 45 cm) will be packed in a flat shipping hard carton box.
How to unpack poster from a tube:
Remove the cap and gently slide the print out. Find a large, flat surface to uncurl it. The surface should be clean and clear of debris to prevent any damage to the print. Recommended to place objects on each corner of your poster and let it sit for a couple of hours.
